What an extraordinary experience! The staff’s hospitality was unmatched, making every moment memorable. Our bungalow was clean and spacious, set within beautiful gardens. Perfect for families looking for a quiet getaway

We stayed in a bungalow that was near the beach, which was literally just a step away. The staff was helpful, special shoutout to the man serving at the pool bar who made our kids feel like royalty with those cocktails.

It wasn’t cheap, but considering how much we enjoyed our time, it felt acceptable.

The pool was clean, and our bungalow had lovely views of the garden. We enjoyed lounging by the outdoor swimming pool and having easy access to the beach. The only little hiccup was that some drinks weren't included in the all-inclusive, so just be aware of that! 😊

The location by the beach was stunning, with magnificent views that made our stay truly memorable. The hotel had a big buffet for breakfast with plenty of vegetarian options, which I particularly enjoyed. The private beach area was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after exploring nearby attractions. The staff, especially Sofoklis, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay.

The beach access was absolutely amazing! I loved relaxing under the sun and enjoying the beautiful Aegean Sea views. The only downside was the beds in our room were a bit too firm for my taste. 😅

The beautiful gardens surrounding the Civitel Creta Beach were a delightful haven, especially with the paved paths making it easy to stroll. The clean, elegant bungalows offered a serene ambiance, perfect for relaxation after a day of sun.

More shaded seating areas by the pool would help.

Enjoyed a wonderful week at this peaceful resort. The gourmet breakfast spread exceeded expectations, featuring fresh fruits and local delicacies. The fitness center kept us active, while the private beach provided ample relaxation spots. A tip, explore nearby shops for fantastic local finds.

Spacious bungalow with a lovely garden view. Air conditioning, electric kettle, and minibar made our stay comfortable. Access to a sandy private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas was perfect. Highlights include a nice outdoor pool, children's activities, and great food with drinks included. Discreet cleaning staff also kept things tidy.

Staying in a bungalow was an absolute dream! The immediate access to the sandy beach made morning strolls so rejuvenating. Plus, the food options were very nice-think diverse buffets that changed each day and a partner in crime, Vagelis, whipping up signature cocktails at the bar!
